วิธีการตั้งค่าหรือเปลี่ยน ลายเซ็น

มาตรฐานการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ที่เป็นเอกสารสำหรับการชำระเงินนั้น จำเป็นที่จะต้องมี ลายเซ็นผู้ออกบิล เพื่อยืนยัน รายละเอียด ในการเรียกเก็บค่าสินค้าหรือบริการต่าง ๆ
โดย ผู้ใช้งานระบบ สามารถตั้งค่า หรือ เปลี่ยน ลายเซ็น ได้ด้วยขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้
1. Login เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ EIPP
2. เลือก เมนู 'บริษัท' > เลือก เมนูย่อย 'จัดการตั้งค่า'
3. เมื่อเข้าสู่หน้า ตั้งค่าบริษัท กดปุ่ม 'Choose File' แถวเดียวกับหัวข้อ 'ลายเซ็น'
* note : สามารถ นำเข้าโลโก้บริษัท ได้เฉพาะ ไฟล์ที่มีนามสกุล .jpg หรือ .png เท่านั้น และขนาดไฟล์ของรูปภาพ จะต้องมีขนาดเท่ากับ 400 kb หรือ ความกว้างและความสูง ไม่เกิน 148x60 px (800 kb) *
4. เลือก รูปภาพลายเซ็น ที่ต้องการจะแสดง จากนั้นกด 'เปิด'
5. เมื่อเพิ่มรูปภาพเรียบร้อย ระบบ จะแสดงชื่อไฟล์รูปภาพ ที่เลือก > กดปุ่ม 'บันทึก'
ระบบจะแสดง ข้อความ "Update Success!!" และแสดง รูปภาพลายเซ็น
หลังจากตั้งค่าเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะแสดงลายเซ็น ด้านล่างในช่องลายเซ็นของ ไฟล์ใบแจ้งหนี้
